All domestic orders ship free via USPS GROUND (2-5 Day).
Packages are insured for the value of the product.

INTERNATIONAL
Every country has it’s own guidelines about which metals and gemstones can be imported and how much tax will be applied to that shipment.
If you live outside the US, send me a quick message so I can verify what type of shipping hurdles we may encounter and provide a shipping quote.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
I take every effort to ensure your piece is well packaged and able to arrive to you safely, but sometimes things go wrong when we are at the mercy of the shipping services.

In the event that your package arrives damaged or not at all, I will work with you to replace the piece. We will be subject to the postal service insurance claim process and it is not quick. It takes a minimum of 15 business days after shipment before I can initiate a claim and begin the process of reproducing the order.

Please know, it is not uncommon for a package to be marked delivered when it is still in transit or to stop tracking all together before showing up at random.

In my experience, 99% of the time a “lost package” simply requires a little patience and a couple more days to make it’s appearance.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom commissions are final sale.

Days will be spent digitally building your design and seeking your guidance before ever moving to the bench where the metal is handcrafted to your exact specifications. The result is one of kind and completely personal to you.

That said, there are two points of exit in a commission transaction.

During the first design phase (survey and consultation), if it comes to light that I may not be the best artist for your project, I will happily refund your deposit and we can part ways.

Once a project has entered digital design and mockups, your deposit becomes non-refundable. You do still have the choice to walk away (less the deposit) without proceeding to production.

After you've approved the design and it has entered production, the full purchase price is non-refundable.

I do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

If you opt into emails I may at times send you information about sales or new collections. You may opt out of such contact by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. 

Any account information such as email address, name, and address is collected to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from my system by request.
