NON-PERSONALIZED JEWELRY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Buyer pays return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.

PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
 
(handwriting, fingerprints, names, dates, etc.)

Personalized pieces are final sale because they’re made just for you.

If there’s a shop error or your item arrives damaged, email  ✉️ Caroline@ScriptedJewelry.com. within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can repair, remake, or replace.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Commissions are one-of-a-kind and final sale once production begins.

Your deposit is refundable until digital design starts; after mockups begin, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and you may cancel by forfeiting only the deposit.

After you approve the design and we start production, the full purchase is non-refundable.
