NON-PERSONALIZED JEWELRY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. 

Buyer pays return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM JEWELRY

Personalized pieces are final sale because they’re made just for you.

HUMAN ERROR

If there’s a shop error or your item arrives damaged, email  ✉️ Caroline@ScriptedJewelry.com. within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can repair, remake, or replace.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials are prepped, production begins, and orders can no longer be canceled.
