USPS First Class Mail (free on orders over $70) 1 - 5 DAYS
USPS Priority Mail 1 - 3 DAYS


The estimated times above are quoted from UPS and USPS. Once I dispatch your item, I have no influence over shipping times. From this point, it is the responsibility of the postal services to deliver your package. If your package has been delayed, please contact the postal service directly with your tracking number for more information.


If your package is not marked as delivered within 30 days from dispatch, it is considered lost - and in this case, I will refund or replace your item.

Please ensure that the address on your order is correct and is a secure location for delivery.  All packages are sent with tracking and I cannot offer refunds for packages that have been delivered to the correct address, but which have been lost or stolen before being collected by the intended recipient.


I love meeting my customers in person!  Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I can not accommodate pick-up requests.  All orders must be placed online through Shipping is free on orders over $70. If you are in or around St. Louis, MO your package should reach you in a day.

“Ready To Ship” are packaged and shipped within 2 business days.

“Made To Order” pieces are crafted within 5 business days.

"Personalized" pieces are designed and crafted within 10 business days.


Domestic (USA) orders include free shipping via USPS First Class Mail. You have the option to upgrade this service at checkout. 

International orders ship via USPS International Priority Mail. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your order, plus any extra production time. Please review the Customs Policies for your country to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner and without surprise. Additional duties and taxes may apply.


Personalized products are non-refundable.

Non-personalized products are eligible to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in new condition. Package items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

I do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

If you opt into emails I may at times send you information about sales or new collections. You may opt out of such contact by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. 

Any account information such as email address, name, and address is collected to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from my system by request.
